Refund & Return Policy

At Jaaslen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as worn or used khimars cannot be returned.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
